Product Description

ERVESA PGME® (E477 Propane-1,2-Diol Esters of Fatty Acids), also known as Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, is a mixture of mono- and diesters of propane-1,2-diol with fatty acids derived from vegetable oils. The product does not contain organic acids other than food-grade fatty acids. It appears as a clear, yellowish liquid and is widely used in bakery and dairy-based applications due to its excellent aerating and foam-stabilizing properties.
