Product Description
ERVESA PGE® (E475 Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids) consists of fatty acid esters derived from vegetable oils. The product contains total fatty acid esters, free fatty acids, total glycerol, and free glycerol. It appears as a waxy solid material with a color range from light to dark yellow. Thanks to its multifunctional emulsifying and aerating properties, it is widely used in bakery, fats and oils, and selected non-food applications.
