Product Description

ERVESA ACETEM® (E472a Acetic Acid Esters of Mono and Diglycerides) is a functional emulsifier produced from the esterification of acetic acid with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids derived from vegetable oils. The product may contain minor amounts of free glycerol, free fatty acids, free acetic acid, and free glycerides. ACETEM is widely used in bakery, dairy, confectionery, and meat applications due to its strong aerating, emulsifying, and stabilizing properties.

Cream-colored, free-flowing powder with a slight acetic acid odor.
