DESCRIPTION AND INGREDIENTS : They are esters of vegetable oils with stearyl acid, palmitic acid and tartaric acid. They contain mono esters and diesters.
It contains free fatty acids and total tartaric acids.
APPEARANCE : Cream white fluid powder. It has a slight acidic smell.
SOLUBILITY : It can be decomposed and dispersed in water.
INTENDED USAGE:
